J. N. Malinsky: I am Supervisor, Access Services at the University of Lethbridge Library.

My role includes supervising the day-to-day operations of the General Services Desk (GSD), Document Delivery Services (DDS)/Interlibrary Loans (ILL), and stacks maintenance. I currently oversee 4 regular staff members and 15–20 student assistants.

I also participate on a variety of library groups/teams (internally and externally), perform public service at the GSD, Information and Research Assistance Desk (IRAD), and more.
